This is like bread to me, I grow up on this good music, made me think and re-evaluate myself. Back in the day music was a definitely a way to deal with the struggles of life. War, along with many groups in the 70's made music that touched our souls and spirits, the use of language in a positive way to uplife. I PLAYED THE GROOVES OFF THIS ONE!!! LOVE IT!!!!

Love the original group, still like the guys touring now (Little Creek casino, Sept. 10, 2011). I did a cartwheel across the stage at a War concert in Tacoma, WA , the Temple theatre circa 1998, grabbed the keyboard players' microphone and screamed, " you guys need to dance more"! Promptly escorted out of the theatre by security. It was fun though.
