  • I loss weight like this when i was a teen... went from 264 to 204 in like 6 months.. and once i started to eat again, i beinged.. and i gained everything back... what ppl say are true.. this fucs with your body.. im currently 327 after being 360... so im going down and im doing it the right way... eating exercising... doing good.. good luck

  • Also I weighed about the same as you starting and I've lost 40 pounds. So I hear ya. I was also wearing 24 jeans but refused to buy anything bigger.

  • I am going to give you some advice, don't starve yourself. Have you been to see a dietician or anything?? If you eat about 1200 calories a day and burn the same amount a day you will probably lose weight even quicker than you have. Plus it will be easier to keep it off. I know because I tried starving myself and failed. Either way you have lost 90 pounds so wtg! Keep it up but eat more and exercise more. good luck

  • Keep on going girl cause i lost weight too. I startedout at 275(lbs) now im232(lbs). I say that what you didisok. Cause the more we eat we gain weight and bcome sad. Feel good about you! I have got 92 (lbs) more lbsto lose. Girl you can do it i am cheering you on!! We both can do it. I also lost 8 (lbs) in 6 days cause i been eating light.

  • Great job and you look great too. However, you do seem sort of sluggish, I agree take vitamins and/or go see you doctor. Just take care of yourself so you will be around to enjoy you weight loss.

  • I hope you are taking vitamins and eating fresh vegetables. A few eggs a week, WITH the yolk - it will give you iron. I think it great you are losing the weight and that you have done as good as you have so far. Just take care of your heart. You're right that if you stayed fat you would have died but the same is true for bad dieting.

  • You might want to look into the Simeons Protocol using HCG to help you lose weight like I am. I don' t have much space to explain it, but I have plenty of energy, and recommend you at least research HCG Protocol or HCG diet here on YouTube. It will help you lose weight quickly and without the feeling of weakness and hunger. Please do not just starve yourself to lose weight. Feel free to look at my videos and ask any questions you may have. You're doing great, but need to not starve yourself

  • the diet your on you will not be able to control long term. i have now lost 52 lb and have m 14 lb to go however iv ate healthy meals and iv trained hard this is the only healthy way you will maintain weight loss and remain healthy you really need help with this and support but also you need to eat healthy you will cause serious long term damage to your organs even affect your fertility . theres no such word as cant everyone just needs pointing in the right direction and alot of support !!!

  • is good that u in a diet,, is just not healthy that u straving urself... you should eat..just not alot and drink alot of water and do excerise ..and something that works for me is eat pineapple for dinner or everytime u can(if u like pineapples)

  • i understand... i lost 80 pounds and i am a little older and male. my ginetics are against me but the only way i can lose weight is one meal a day. dinner. my eating cravings are reduced by not eating in the morning. my doctor even said after me explaing myself that its better to get the weight off then stay at the heavier weight, so i did and i platowed. so i went back to normal eating. now i plan on getting back on the horse so support me... and good job.

  • eatin healthy foods wont make someone gain weight or maintain unless they eat a certain number of calories. and EVEN SOMETIMES, eating MORE food that is sensibile (IE. the eat clean diet from tosco reno) can allow u to eat more and STILL lose weight. i know this for a FACT. i remember my first week on it, i thought to myself "i have never eated so much food in my whole life, and STILL lose weight!" it all depends on what you put in your body. when u dont eat much, it goes into starvation mode.

  • You were so pretty at 318 and you're pretty now. Just don't lose weight too fast b/c you'll have loose hanging skin and try to switch to a healthier way to lose. :o) Other than that, kudos to you!

  • Thanks for subbing, You're not ugly, why's that tag in there! I think starving yourself isn't really the way, i mean while you're doing this, why not do it the good way and accomplish more than just lose weight. YOu can build skills that will help you everywhere else and learn more about yourself. I"m not being negative, just tryin to help you out.   • Thanks I don't think I am ugly I just put that as a sub, but I do feel being overweight makes me ugly. Also I don't feel like I am starving myself because I am still going to eat, and fast some days and when i fast its on tea and it has calories but I still lose weight so I see it as a good thing, and thanks for the support

  • good job, i kinda did the same thing with starving myself. a good tip is i used to eat alot of watermelon. it fills you up and is of course mostly water :). another obvious tip is excersize. the pounds just fall off. sometimes you get light headed though from not eating so you have to watch out for that. the worst part is none of your old clothes dont fit anymore. i use them now to work on cars keep up the good work. set little goals too. like being able to do a sit up or pull up. helped me alot

  • Funny you mentioned that...I do it the same way, eating lots of watermelon, which I love! <3 It´s been my solution everytime I want candy, ice cream, cookies etc. (which is basically all the time! *L*)

    Im also feeling light headed , like a zombie or something. BUT Ive now lost 10 kg in just a month!! So it´s worth it...another 5 to go ;) and then the real struggle...not to gain those kg´s again!!

  • about the watermelon thing. a ton of sugar from fruit and no protein to balance that out will send your insulin into overdrive. always balance your veggies/fruit/carbs with a protein. a few almonds. a glass of milk. something low cal, but still does the job.
