Am u could have used poke balls I know is pokemon hack but the poke ball is better than an ultra ball since the ultra ball makes him go stronger every time u throw it how do I know this I captured Ho-OH shiny in emerald in real life with pokeball and the 3 regis and shiny lugia with pokeballs without using cheats (P.S. the regis werent shiny). and kyogre and rayquaza and groudon. with just pokeballs!

@maniackai Ultra ball doesn't make the pokemon you're catching stronger. It just gives you a better catch rate. I think the Ultra ball has something like 4 times the catch rate of a normal pokeball.

You can catch a legendary with a normal pokeball (it looks more impressive, I'll give you that), but you don't have to.

Ultra Ball has 2x multiplier, though under appropriate conditions some balls have even greater multiplier (not talking about Master Ball which pwns even Arceus)

@dbpokeblitz if ur talking about catching a legendary pokemon with just an ultra ball, it does work. i've done it before with an articuno, moltres, AND zaptos. it just takes a good fourty-something balls to work, and its health has to be at 1HP. so ya u gotta restart a bunch of times, but eventually they get caught.

@SuperAnimeFreaker UltraBall can catch any Pokemon... I've caught Articuno, Zapdos, Lugia, Mewtwo and Rayquaza with UltraBalls. You just need to make them sleep and make their HP reach 1 or 2... :p

And then the number of UltraBalls you'll spend can be gigantic, but if you got lucky you can catch'em with the 3rd (that was the better i could do)
