Hey..its good to see someone working as hard as you are.. just one suggestion on lateral raises however, if you really want to focus on the medial instead of the front part of your delts, raise your arms to the side while leading with your pinky. The twisting of your hand is like pouring a pitcher of water. You'll see in the mirror that this places more stress on the medial delts, which are harder to hit since you can't do pressing movements to work them.
I have put you on my favorite list. Thanks for your videos and capturing the essence of simple hard work. I liked watching females build even the largest type of size that has been observed. You have already sculpted some nice shapely thick muscle. Keep up the good work.

I thought youd say that. That not really true. Your muscles build up a tolerance faster than you think. Once this happens, you either change the exercise mechanics, or completely change routines. There is such a thing as your muscles losing interest.
thanks for ur comments...but i train till total failure & to do this i use a "polishing off" type method where i drop my weight to almost nothing, which gives a good pump & a fantastic workout...maybe u should try it? to me its not worth having a w/o if u dont feel the burn

The challenge is gone so the muscles wont be as stimulated during a workout, therefore making it pointless to train. Changing frequency, weight, exercises, length of rest, sets, etc will eliminate this. If you dont change up, the muscles get bored and stop growing. Most workout plans only run 4 weeks and then you change everything.

Why light weight, bad form and crappy work outs?
Do heavier, more balanced weights for better results in strength.

If you are burnt out on these exercises most likely your muscles arent interested either. Do you change routines about every 3-4 weeks?
