  • I think ur missing a few moves at times and doing too many extra movements other times. Also, try to work on your footwork, I noticed you ended up quite far from where u started. If done right u should end up pretty much where u started. And try to keep ur arms straight all the time and use ur hips to move them, not ur shoulders! Keep up the hard work tho~ u can check out my siu mui fa on my channel as reference if u like.

  • don't mess with the chinese kids on the playground, you'll get broken

  • this is the choy lay fut form that iam learning, iam just an orange belt, but i use a kwan dao, i cant wait to learn the rest, good job

  • This is one of the best beggining forms to train with it teaches you to use many CLF Skills my personal favorite is the Gwa, Kup, Pow, Poon Kiu & Chop Choy Combo. I've used those skills more than most.

  • i advice to you develop your power,stances,dont move too fast do it slow a thousand times use all your body movement with power use your hips stay your feet on the ground
