@ks10308 Yea it had two manifold studs broke off so I replaced them all and fixed the problem.
lemme guess, your gasket on your expedition is also a bit fucked up? My expy is the same year and same sound where you can hear it chugging like in this vid. What engine your expy has?

wat i like about the old expeditions is that is not as heavy as the newer ones, and not as wide, but i like the newer ones like the 2003-2006 models
