I'm no expert, but I do take flying lessons and I fly a lot of FSX. Aren't you a little low on your approach. Please don't blow up on me.

when I land i'm like oh hell no i'm gonna do it baaad x_X bit then land and its all ok :) but smetimes theyre bumpy , example 737 landing 130 kts and all flaps on final approach and when I land with this conditions the plane jumps a little :( goodluck

Too low on approach. Don't scrape it in, that's just bad policy. Use the PAPI. Man lots of bad Flight Sim advice on here.

The root of problem is that people expect REAL video.

I would never click on this video because THAT TIME I am not interested in watching rendered scenes.

Stupid message in video description about stupid users could be read only after actually opening that video.

Adding "[rendered]" or "[simul]" into the video title will surely resolve so dramatical problems - only interested users will be opening this video.

You were a little bit low on final, using the lights just beside the runway really helps my landings now. You want them to be showing two whites and two reds for a good approach. All reds you're too low, all whites you're too high. Otherwise, the actual landing was very good. Just a quick question, do you fly from the cockpit view or from outside view.

Poor people in that houses, i think they can't hear anything anymore. Secondly; are you at cruising speed or something? You better can line up with the runway in the approach and land at the touchdownpoint at the runway (Google it).

On the title, you can read "[FS 2004]". In the description, you have a big note written "NOTE FOR STUPID USERS: FLIGHT SIMULATOR VIDEO ONLY."

that was an amazingly smooth landing, airline pilot standard!!! just a few tips: you came in very low on final aproach. for instance, at 1:17, you would normaly be around 5-600 feet higher, maybe more.

Hello! I think you're brazillian too but, in any doubt, here we go: there was no ATC transmission because this is a replay. Not a default FS replay, but a replay recorded with FS Recorder (that's why you see a green info on the bottom-right corner, is the counter of that replay). About the Fortaleza scenery, just search FortalV5.zip at avsim (dot) com. Good luck! ;)

A little low, but not bad. Definitely use the approach aids, they work. (VASI, PAPI, etc.)

Very nice scenery quality even if the FPS was low, makes me want to boot up FS9

Thank you! But untill 1:26 I was with the VASI ok... two whites, two reds. I had to make a small dive to accomplish land in the TDZ zone - what even with the dive wasn't that possible, but still on the landing marks. :) The lateral deviations were due to the wind building up as my altitude was decreasing. The FPS is low mainly because I set Fraps to record the sound while the replay was on course; on normal flight I get a good count on them. :) Thanks for your comment!

Ah, I couldn't see them until you were close. Youtube, you know. The wind was higher at lower altitude? Again, FS9 is backwards! lol. A reverse wind gradient!

I agree, FS9 is full of uncomprehensible things... specially about the weather. :P But reverse wind gradient isn't impossible to happen in real, but in very small volumetric spaces. Word of geopgrapher... :)

Oh yes, I didn't say it wasn't! Rare, if anything. But I seriously doubt it would happen in that particular area. Fairly standard geography, should obey the usual rules, right?

Yup yup, pretty rare. But in Fortaleza there are 'special forces' that pure geography isn't able to explain alone: it's a coastal city with a UNCONTROLED building barrier in the coastline. Their presence there is usually felt when the brazillian Smoke Squadron come to perform here, with their small turboprops. :) They always report a sudden lift when they cross the coastline coming from the ocean, right above this building barrier. I'll send a photo of it as private message. A little curious! :)

Dude, I really don't know it very accurate... it can vary according to the airplane load, airport altitude, temperature, runway length and so. What you have is the maximum fuel amount limit to land. Under it, you can touch down. Over, you must do circle flight to burn it untill the amount is under the limit. I would risk 50% as a non-oficial borderline.
