christian rap is pretty bad, I went to a concert that featured some really famous christian band (dont know the name, didnt really care) and then it was followed by a christian rap band. Horrible. The two bands played together sometimes and the rap lead singer was SO full of himself. I think I remember some of the lyrics because he made us repeat them over and over:"dont stop the holy ghost rockin non stop open it up cuz its non stick like a teflon pan the great I am's got the plan the etc....

They're professional old people based on the Q&A from TMBG's wedsite. To quote the site: "They are professional old guys. The drummer worked for Frank Sinatra in the 50s. The bass player has retired from music and currently writes crosswords for the Daily News, and the keyboard guy is an actor."

that drummer is my grandfather, john blowers. he passed away july 2006, but he was an ace on the drums. glad you appreciate him. his fellow band members are equally as talented, as they too played with the greats like sinatra and armstrong. my mom recently showed me the video, freaking crazy. i don't get why they were included, but hey it's pretty rad.
