I don't think Sotomayor should be accepted as a Judge in the Supreme Court. Obama is trying to be an activist President, and I find that bothering. I find her 'Wise Latina' comment bothering. And I find her case that outlaws a simple nunchuck used in marshal arts absurd. She has shown from her experiences and speeches that she is an activist judge whom pays little attention to the amendments. Please don't let her in. Please.

i hope al franken doesnt follow the other democrats like a blind sheep. i would like to see him ask some serious questions, especially about teh white firefighters and reveres discrimination. but then, all democrats and libersl would want her to be a justice.
