The graphics in DKC are NOT better than the ones in this game. Donkey Kong Country was on SNES. This is Wii. There is no argument.
What the other comments are saying is that the graphics in DKC were incredible at the time, and that these don't look that good. But, as I said before, I think it's the video quality that takes away from it.

(Well, maybe not so much "DKC3" since the character designs were bad, but the technical aspects were still good.) Also a bummer considering the Wii is capable of so much more. HOWEVER, this game looks like a blast regardless!

I think gameplay matters more than graphics. I'd play this over any PS3 game, any day.
Video quality isn't great either.
Did you know the GameCube had better graphics hardware than the PS2 and Xbox?
