The story has been going for 10 years, but we are still to see any evidence yet. That is all, the law said "innocent until proven guilty" and that require evidence rather than stories.

Politics and financial interest is the king and queen of Africa. The US is the largest "trading partner" with africa and Victor was about to chage that.
