It's your opinion that it looks shitty, some (read: quite a few) people actually like the simplistic design of these cases and that's why they keep making them. You don't have to like them, but you should at least respect the fact that others might prefer something different to what you like.

Linus I believe Corsair put the top dual 120 Fan/Radiator mount holes off center for a reason. It's so when you mount a fan (or probably radiator) it won't interfere with your Memory sticks.

@Madt001 i had a hard time decided between Antec 300_2 or this and ended up getting this! the black interior, more fan mounts, and the overall industrial but somewhat classy looks sold it. I like the antec 300 but the 300.2 curved front, and non black interior killed it for me, plus the top only supports a single fan.

@Frankiekingbb i have had 2 cases delivered by FedEx. one was a Lanboy air, there was a big hole in the side of the box and a broken side panel. another time was a whole computer build, box looked like it had been dropped 20 times, and the connectors just behind the I/O panel broke off. and there have been plenty of videos of FedEx deliveries being tossed like feathers. and its expensive to get something shipped at a decent speed.

It's a real shame about the holes at the bottom and side for the front intake fan. This is going to mean that dust will be able to by-pass the dust filter now making it a bit pointless :/

@toonygamer2004 I was hoping that this would replace my 600t since I need something smaller and lighter but I guess I'll just stick with it. Corsair should have really used the same front filter that they use on the 600t and 600d, they're by far the best dust filters I've even seen on a case. And I'm sure that the sort of people buying a corsair case wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a high quality dust filter.

It's a great case with great thought on dust filters. I'm stuck between choosing the 600t or the newly announced, and lower priced Obsidian 550d with magnetic removable filters for the side panel and top. Bad ass. Totally convenient and even the option for a silent working build. The filters are not like the foam in the 600t, but sure is easier to clean. Side panels usually have no dust filters.

I think that there is a reason for the off-center 120 mm mounts on top. I think it is so when you have an x-79 system with the CPU power supply on top you are able to get more airflow to it. Even in regular systems it will likely allow for if only a small bit of extra air to flow over the motherboard.

I think the non-centered top 120mm holes is a good thing. I recently put a H100 in a 400D and it took some irritating jigging to get it in; the rad or the fans were contacting the motherboard heatsinks, so having the 120mm holes up a little bit will give you just that much more wiggle room with the H100.

I got the 650D chassi, and I love it! I did not build the computer my self tho since we got an awesome company here in Scandinavia that build awesome machines. I guess you would say its the NCIX equivalent. Love how people come in to my apartment and no matter if they are interested in computers or not they do react over the size of the case. :) Corsair rocks! ;) And I'm addicted to your videos Linus! :D
