This was a great Wah pedal but Musicians Friend discontinued It & the variable resistor would soon wear out & have a scratchy Sound but the variable resistor could be replace with something better for less than $5.00 but I seen Behringer Wah on the Internet of arond $40.00
Yeah, I had a CryBaby in 1984, it cost $100 back then and was a lot sturdier. But this one actually sounds a lot better, because it has none of that hissy background noise and has an adjustable amount of wah. No surprise if the variable resistor gets noisy, I haven't used mine enough to find out yet.

Nobody's good at guitar at first. You can get good at guitar by playing it a lot, even if you got no money.
