He needs more magnets on the outside. And set them all to move with a cam design that will alternate each one in time. Then the velocity of the center will be increased by each magnet added to the outside.

I want to see the actual harnessing of the energy from this perpetual motion device. How much energy actually this thing can produce? The fact that it operates on magnetic field, we can just place coils somewhere on the device to induce electric current..
