The Pennsylvania 5th District is the same: drawn to assure Republican control. Is there any wonder why Pennsylvanians are fleeing for NC?

Not just voting to block consideration of the bill, why was the language not stripped for the stimulus bill in the first place!? Why doesn't Ms Kilroy just admit that in haste to slam the 787 stimulus bill down the american taxpayers throats she missed the passage concerning AIG bonuses along with other prior agreements. As a regular CSPAN viewer, I lament the fact that debate in Congress has evolved in to such a superficial exercise where a staffer writes some prepaired remarks without any give and take.
