  • I honestly cry every time I watch this clip

  • “If you had told somebody in 1968 that in 1996 Muhammad Ali would be the most beloved individual on earth and the mere site of him holding an Olympic torch would bring people to tears. You’d have won a lot of bets. You’d have won a lot of bets.”

  • thumbs up if you think he is still the greatest

  • This man could talk. charismatic to his core. Held his nerve. Celestial self assurance. Absolutely unique.

  • This moment says more than he ever did as a boxer.

  • God bless you Muhammad Ali.

  • @sunamcmnairb clearly dont realise the big movement he had towards racism in 1960 america do you?

  • I don't care the slightest bit about sports, but teared up instantly watching this- I think we can all sympathize with the struggle to overcome physical difficulties.

  • So many years later and all you can hear is Ali, Ali, Ali.

    The greatest indeed

  • Muhammad Ali a hero, a legend and we will remember it always!

  • Muhammad Ali, by any measure not just one of the most famous but one of the most beloved human beings that ever walked on this planet. Not only for his boxing but for the grace and courage and positive, healing manner in which he has lived his life since leaving the ring. When I was a 15 year old white kid in the suburbs watching him stand up to the US government, he taught me what it meant to be a man.

  • @edfou5 Muhammad Ali is my hero.

  • Even POTUS cried.

  • He doesn't have Parkinson's disease but Parkinson's Syndroms caused by the numerous blows to the head that he took late in his carreer

That don't take any credit from what he's done in 1996 tho

Nothing but love for the GOAT

  • Tears...

  • Мухаммед легенда, даже такое заболевание его не останавливает

Mohammed is a legend, even a disease it does not stop

  • parkinsons disease cant stop this man! the greatest ali <3

  • by far the strongest thing he did is his career

  • I agree, a moving moment...

  • why is he shaking?

  • @Melyz123 he was diagnosticated with Parkinson's disease in 1984.

i remember this cerimony, even if i was a kid. very moving.

  • @Melyz123 He has parkinson's disease :(

  • Долгих лет тебе МОХАММЕД АЛИ!
