Our Liddy used to do this too! I love how cairns just go scurrying around like they can't control themselves! Sooooo funny. Try putting Dempsey on top of the washer to groom, it worked for our Liddy!

My Cairn terrier Ruby DOES THE SAME THING! I cant stop laughing because she is the same exact way when I try to groom her. Cairns are so much fun but so hard to groom.

omg, this is hilarious!  thanks for sharing it. I have a mini schnauzer and she doesn't do this when I try to groom her, she just does it when she wants to play...cracks me up!!
