From your friends in Australia. We each need to start our own - for the lack of a better word, Political groups in each country of the world. And run for the control of government positions and take the world back from within, using their own platform of power. WE HAVE THE RIGHT AND THE ABILITY. If we all do it, it becomes safe. I'm not waiting till it’s safe, I and others like myself are starting now. Under A Resource Based Economy, we can set the world free. "SO SAY WE ALL".
"well said sir... it brings tears to my eyes thinking of all those I know personally, and the millions and billions more locked in to a stratified, unjust, corrupt social structure. I've always rebelled against social structures my entire life and now I'm 24 and have finally found a conceptualized, rational basis for my beliefs. What hurts is when you attempt to enlighten those around you and they only see a disenchanted lunatic shouting 'the sky is falling..." More people who think like me.
Peter Joseph courageously embodies the humanistic / scientific enlightenment of the 21 st century. He has grasped the very inner structrual contradictions of the CAPITALIST/MONETARY system and his revolutionary call for a WORLD OF COOPERATION FOR OUR COMMON NEEDS AND WELL BEING should be the CONSTITUTION OF NEW HUMANI CIVIILISATION
And to Peter Joseph, I had some notions about society myself, because i grew up in a f'd up society myself. After watching the movie, I found what I was looking for. looking forward to working with you guys when I grow up, KEEP IT UP!!
@Derbj, people like you are exactly what he meant by "people inside the box". You really think that getting a degree is the only way to gain education amd experience? Apparently I have more experience about life than you and Im a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT.
Hmm I dont believe you... the inferences you draw requires someone with considerable education and/or experience to put together... especially for a musician or a visual artist... you talk about philosophy, psychology, economics, financial markets, politics, govenrnment structures, sociology and other related diciplines that descibe aspects of our life today... "credentialism" - is that a justification for anyone to question your knowledge.... you dont even reference your knowledge! Bullshit!
He is a fascinating individual. Except with his views on religion, I agree with almost everything he says. Those who disagree with his views on religion often dismiss him too quickly but you shouldn't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
I love this guy. I don't want to get into any arguments, just saying.. I think everything he says is pretty much spot on. I watched this for the first time just now, and knew nothing of The Zeitgeist Movement previously. I was actively involved in Globalise Resistance back in the UK. I now live detached and without a television in Indonesia and write a blog amongst other things.
I agree to the fact that most useless thing to do is to get an economics degree. I had to get 2 in order to realize that. Maybe some economists will say you got things wrong. I have 2 universities (marketing& management) and one master, all these in economics, and if its any worth, i would confirm that you got it straight and right. The ones that says otherwise are the ones who dont actually know what they are talking about. And btw, cheers for a great movie.
10 dislikes out of 534 votes, less than 2% have eyes to see through this satanic's jack ass bullshit, shame,he feeds you some truth to pull you in and laze it with his agenda of lies:we need central command and more machines to do our job and population control...well i say i don't want no fucking one world government and if you think there is too many people on the planet then GET THE FUCK OFF OF IT FIRST BITCH
1.monetary system that i don't have to accept,we should reject it and go back to gold and silver
2.if they get a machine to do your job you think anyone will pay you when you out of work
3.inhumanity zeitgeist is fighting for is kill 90%of humans, control birth rate of children, overppltion is a myth, you can fit and feed 6 billion people in australia,i don't care if someone who wants to take babys life before they are born commit suicide, live on mars, burn in hell
You get the whole thing completely wrong. What will you have to pay for when everything you need for living is free? I’ve already lost my job several times through rationalisations. Here in Germany it is not a big problem because you get payed by an insurance until you find a new job (we are thinking about machines paying taxes, no joke!).
Birthcontrol is not about taking unborn lives, it is about not getting pregnant over and over again.
@nour4lina Australia is 7.692.030 km² large. If you bring in 6.000.000.000.000 people you will have 780.028 per 1 km². And where do you what to grow anything? A huge part of the land is a desert.
If we keep on living like we do at the moment you and me both will burn in hell, right here on earth like everybody else will do.
I begin to wonder if you are making fun of this?????????????????????????
@nimbuu 6billion is only 9zeros,that's about 780 people, then you can use the resources of all other continents to feed all.i just gave u an example don't take it literally, and i m not making fun.it s all part of the system's plan order out of chaos, start the chaos and blame us for it,all so they can enslave us completely, and if you like to know more about the system and how vicious it is,i can help you find out the truth and see the huge picture just like i ve been helped,no offense ok?
Sorry, I’ve confused the word “billions” with the German word “Billionen” that has 12 zeros. On the rest you mentioned I have to check whether it makes any sense or not. And no offense.
You are so right. Somewhat my thoughts for a long time only greatly expanded and so intelligently explained. Quite a long time ago I saw a bumper sticker that said, Earth is the insane asylum of the universe." You are truth and beautiful.
It boggles my mind that most of these ideas are Carl Sagan's put into a political frame work. For example; at the 4min mark he talk's about "credentulism" which is basically an argument from authority. There is no such thing as authority. Only the best fit explanation of our situation.
F-ing Kuhl!! - My first indoctrination to Zeitgeist and Peter Joseph! - In comparison I am an old man, and would love to add my 25 years of independent research on the environmental impact due to economics and human expansion to this movement.. - Conclusions are the same. - Led me to Regenerative Economics and Cooperative Problem Solving Experiments. - at EnviroMonster, com. i completely agree on the subject of academia, i've been saying this for years it's beaurocratic garbage and holds no real gauge as to what you can and can not do.
outside of the fact that his first film should have no credit towards the religion section (as it is full of falsities) he makes some good points. I like the way he thinks, but I think he half assed Zeitgeist (2007), and to be honest, that movie is pure propaganda. Addendum, however, was a pretty good film. I have yet to see Moving Forward.
Honestly I really like a lot of this guy's thinking. But there are definitely points I completely disagree with. For example, his solution for economics and a lot of the underpinnings of the Venus project are absolutely terrible. Which is ironic as his method of thinking, listening to these seems to be, for the most part excellent.
I am a 90percent student without too much of studies and have gone through life hating this system where free thought process is condemned. Traversed the world of philosophy because of a need to find some meaning in this idiotic symphony of illusion created by man. I know where he comes from but i do not think the world is ready to accept a rational order they have begun to love all forms of irrationality. What is truly the solution is to recruit the best minds into a state or country and exper
im fed up of ppl sayin religion in bullshit, its not,he said one thing wrong, that with religion we know all already,we know noting, religion teaches us that, thats we are like, insects, thats we cant even start to comprehend how small we are compared to god,but there is one thing i belive,ur good in this life,ur rewarded in the next, you bad,u get the shit burnt out of u for eternity in the next life,any1 who says this is not true,is jus afraid, and lazy, and is kidding themselves
This is a nwo illuminati shill and he does not even know it!He needs to be put down like a dog before its too late! This is the exact society that the satanic occultists want.Total control over everything and every one!Where everything is tracked Including humans and where no one is born unless there is a need for them.Where you will be drugged and sedated and brainwashed if yo have any fight in you and where every child is raised to be a pathetic Pleb unable to take a human life!Fuck that!!!
@CONSTRINGACY you are fuckin asshole hahahaha man . you need to knwo about money systeem, and good ,wise people need to move from bullshit monetaire system .
@kornboy3 Im the first to agree that we need to move away from a money system but turning people into brain dead plebs isnt the answer!because there will always be scarcity and there will always be intrinsic value in certain objects. And no matter what is done you will never be able to remove that so there will always be conflict there will always be the rich and always be poor! You just havnt thought enough about it!
@CONSTRINGACY dude how can you be rich or poor if we move from money system? lol . fresco is a man wht a big hart and not iluminatie man wtf dude plz
@kornboy3 Because due to the nature of resources IE "Women" for example there will always be conflict.Because there is always the haves and the haves not! When there s only one or a small number of precious objects it creates scarcity which in turn increases the intrinsic value of the item. And no matter how you try and stop it there will always be those with objects of value and those without!
@CONSTRINGACY sorry but you are not fresco (social ingener) you are fabrik worker i think. fresco and peter are intellegent and wise. fresco says: nothink is perfinct but we can do beter thant this bullshit system. you need to lerd about fresco and dan talk shit . peter and fresco nwo suporters >moehahahahhahaha
@kornboy3 If they are not part of the nwo then please explain why they are associated with the U.N???These people are nothing more than puppets that seek to enslave mankind further!
I already know what you fools are going to say before you say it. Can't you people see that this man is very simple in his views? He says the same thing himself: He wants to change, but since the world is so corrupt, he feels trapped and HAS to conform. Any of you followers of him, please list in here some things you have done to make a change? It seems this movement is all about talk, no action! Am I right? Or are you gonna tell me there are not enough to make changes yet? It starts with one!
I just want to say is that this guys views are fine. I would love to live in a world that he is talking about. I thought about that same world as a little child But then you grow up and reality strikes you in the face. If you guys can start the movement then start it, and not talk about it! , Then I will join. I am already expecting a response of ' well, he is starting it.,he is talking about it..that is a start. You people want to start it, then start it! Stop talking about it, and do it!
Wow, did this guy really talk about himself in the same breath as Gandhi and MLK? This guy is disgusting in his arrogance. He got one thing right, we are a messed up society. We can't get it right. This guy has the most simple answers for change: ' We need to start all over and be nice to each other.' We do need change, but this guy is not helping us
@killmoreturtles you have been bred by the society to believe that such change is not possible. You attack new ideas when you have none of your own. On Gandhi and MLK, he uses those as examples mostly because they are well known and yes he could compare how people are confronting him and his new ideas to how people would confront their new ideas. He makes excellent points and perhaps humans should strive for simplicity and peace in all things. Is that idea out of your comfort zone?
@SwiftSarcasm No, it is not out of my comfort zone. What he talks about are very simple ideas. If you asked everybody in the world what would be a perfect world, they would say the simplistic things this guy says. What he is forgetting is that humans are corrupt, selfish, etc. And all these tiny followers of his are doing nothing to make a change. Tell me, what you are doing to make a change?Nothing, right? You only get angry at the current system, and do nothing! Talk is cheap! Remember that!!
@SwiftSarcasm I "attack ideas when I have none of my own" ? Like I said, I could draw up this guys world in kindergarten. And what have you done to make a change? My guess is you have told people about this guys views..and that is all. Right? Or have you stopped polluting, and made the changes he talks about? Oh that's right, it is too difficult to make those changes because you have been corrupted by our government. How pathetic! By they way, I recycle EVERYTHING! and take bus to work, and you?
@SwiftSarcasm Do you know how foolish you sound when you say something like "He makes excellent points and perhaps humans should strive for simplicity and peace in all things. Is that idea out of your comfort zone?"
Why would peace be outside of my comfort zone? ha ha. Did this guy really turn the light on for you? I feel bad for you if you could never imagine a perfect world, until this guy turned the lights on for you. He is right, we live in a Fuc*ed up world! But I already knew that.
@killmoreturtles I dont see why you are getting defensive. The best answer is usually the simple one by the way. I dont see why you feel the need to criticize his thoughts though. Haha and no he did not "turn on the light for me". I just think his ideas are interesting and see people like you who have not done half of what he has to make change. So you have changed yourself. What have you done to change the ways of others? You dont have to fight this guy. He only is trying to help.
@killmoreturtles Do you know how arrogant you sound? You stop a cultural change just as much as any idiot who is scared of change. Your fighting against a growing movement which you somehow still support the basic ideas of. Its the story of humanity. We fight each other and stop cultural growth and understanding. The zeitgeist movement has not been around very long. It seems childish to think anybody could change the world that quickly. Your pathetic.
@SwiftSarcasm What has he done to make a change? He fell into the role, he had no intent. I just don't like his arrogance. He can say he is not arrogant. but his body language stinks of it. He is no leader. If this "movement"' does grow, I guarantee it will turn violent, that is because there is no true direction and your movement will only become frustrated and lash out. If you want to see change, realize it will not happen in your generation, and set your children up to start one. Good luck
@SwiftSarcasm I asked what you have done to make a difference?Am I wrong to say you have done nothing but gab about it? Since you listened to this zeitgeist stuff, have you done anything to help make a change? He just reminds me of a little child who hopes for a peaceful world, but has no idea how to make a difference. Again, talk is cheap
@killmoreturtles I recycle as well. (a 2 year old could do that). I dont live in a heavily urban environment so there is no public transportation but i just ride a bike. (except not now in the winter. its damn cold) I like how you just assume that it will do nothing. You are hoping it will fail. This is just a growing idea and yes it is not original, but it is making progress. I dont think this man is a modern day Buddha but he has gotten some people aware. This is good.
@SwiftSarcasm I don't know you think I want it to fail. I have nothing to gain from it. I just don't think he has to lie to get everybody's attention. He is only angering people and because of that, people will lash out. People need to remember that these people in power are just like you and I, they just grew up in different circumstances. We can make a change, we don't have to lie to do it. I could give you links that accurately debunk what he says, but I am sure you will call it propaganda.
@killmoreturtles And when you guys are ready, I will be the first one there. I just don't have enough faith in people that they are genuine in making a real difference. And I don't believe in the lies people have put out about 911, that tells me this group will do what they can to get their point across- which is wrong. People lost their lives in 911, and I don't think it was for no reason at all. It was not our government that did it.. they just got us. We had it coming.
@killmoreturtles you say he is arrogant but this is just like the pot calling the kettle black. He is just getting a message out. So far i have seen nothing of you but argument and an old belief of how humans are. We can change quicker than you might think.
@SwiftSarcasm ha.. I put @kilmoturtles. sorry about that. BTW, I think the government knew something was coming (9/11) but I don't think they knew exactly when, and they had no way to warn a country about it. That is why they came up with the warning system afte. But I do not believe the government did this, that is asking for a lot of people to not say anything and for them to be murderers. They may not be the brightest and are corrupt, but it is foolish to think they can all be murderers.
@killmoreturtles the coincidences are odd to say the least when it comes to 9/11 but i do not care who did it anymore. It either turns people into crazy conspiracy believers or into patriotic fools fueling the American propaganda machine. So I give all of them the worst insult one could possibly give to the situation, to be ignored. It is not the fight that i feel needs to be done and more civilians on the other side have been killed anyways. I refuse to fuel the blood shed.
@SwiftSarcasm I like to talk about this stuff though:-) No hard feelings. I am all for someone that wants peace. I just have my ways of believing how it should be done and you have yours. Time to start the superbowl pregame!
@SwiftSarcasm Bush is a fool, no doubt about it. But I don't think he believes is killing thousands of Americans to make some money and keep the oil flowing. If you really believe that, I will never comment on this movement again. Because at that point, the movement is just as sick as the people in power now. If they have to put out lies to get people to open their eyes, then they deserve to fail.
@SwiftSarcasm maybe they let it happen. Not because they wanted to, but because they were not sure how to stop them. I don't think they knew exactly what was going to happen, but I am sure they knew something was brewing. But how do you stop something if you don't know where it is coming from?. It is ok if you believe in this movement, but you don't have to believe they are 100% honest. Innocent people lost their lives on 911 and this movement used that for personal gain. That is wrong!
8:15 - God is omnipotent and omniscient THROUGH us. he talks about the unity of consciousness, he should be able to figure that out. he's a good guy though, i fundamentally agree with him.
that is how he percieves it. And it is pointless to try and convince a person otherwise, because in the same way he mentions society having structured ideals that they identify as their own identity, his opinions also reveal his ideals could also be seen as the same thing. But in a different mindset.
@Canamanda I beg to differ, I believe he IS a GENIUS (as is Jacque Fresco)...not to mention, they're also the MOST SCRUPULOUS AND COURAGEOUS BEINGS IN THE HISTORY OF THIS PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Canamanda I beg to differ, I believe he IS a GENIUS (as is Jacque Fresco)...not to mention, they're also the MOST SCRUPULOUS AND COURAGEOUS BEINGS IN THE HISTORY OF THIS PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
@oihhow On the contrary I feel as though he shows religion historically almost perfectly, there is no other context in which to display these themes in an educational movement. For religion is not an entity that resides in the dimension of knowledge, which the venus project is based off of.
@AphelionXII I agree with his historical explanation of religion, and I understand that religion is outside the dimension of knowledge. But there should be some understanding of human nature, and why and how people accept religion, especially by him. You can't go up to the average religion person, show them their views are irrational and make them stop believing right there. And his comments in the next vid show a very weak understanding of philosophy, especially ethics.
@oihhow I am pretty sure he understands "human nature" pretty well. If you watch the third movie the first three or so acts is based on this very word. The point is not to get you to stop believing anything it is to stop you from getting brainwashed. It is to stop someone else from telling you what is ethically wrong or right and keeping you in a system of slavery
what about religious people who have had spiritual experiences. these experiences are not about their identity, but aout something bigger. The possible existence of God?
to completely understand what is being said by this man you must strip away all of your inhibitions, fears and prior doctrines and teachings from our institutions i.e., school, church, business, colleges and so on...now think of yourself as a sponge and soak up all this man has to say and make a choice on your own to follow thru and check out what he is saying, is there credence in his words? do they hit home? don't blindly follow or take up the banner, do your homework and you will believe.
@CatGaladriel well said sir... it brings tears to my eyes thinking of all those I know personally, and the millions and billions more locked in to a stratified, unjust, corrupt social structure. I've always rebelled against social structures my entire life and now I'm 24 and have finally found a conceptualized, rational basis for my beliefs. What hurts is when you attempt to enlighten those around you and they only see a disenchanted lunatic shouting 'the sky is falling...'
And he is not talking "psychology", he is talking the Grand-Daddy of it all- Philosophy. Not many understand it, it would actually require you to stop listening to everyone else, and think for yourself. So you can quite tell (just by the comments here), it isn't the barn-burner it once was. He is simply explaining the amazing stupidity of humanity, and how social engineering is the beautiful beast that runs 99.9% of humanity...to death.
Smart dude, knows the game. Here is social change- The Republic. The only "social movement" that we ever needed. The failures of humanity are humanity, not "money", or "power". The failure of courage is cowardice, and THAT is the "social movement" that infiltrates society today. I have yet to see an actual movement by cowards succeed. They have to pay to play then. The answer is NOT communism, it is the same Republic that still exists, set back and forgotten by people that "know better".
my parents still think im an idiot for thinking this. My dad cant even look at the movie cause he said its too negative., PLEASE HELP ME GET TO THEM!!!
@danielvittet "books that have been debunked" 'The Greatest Story Ever Told' by Acharya S ? Just this one? Or is 'Confessions of an Economic Hit Man' by John Perkins also debunked?
If you're just talking about the Acharya's book, I can only say "well, I'm no expert to confirm which side is right; I've heard Acharya's say one thing, and others say another. *shrug* Doesn't really matter to me, since even if Jesus didn't really exist, his image is still a great role model"
@danielvittet Well I am attending a Q/A with Peter joseph on Sunday on his new film, so why don't you give me a bias aside question that I may have PJ himself answer for you. Like your own supposed position on PJ theory, your giving me weak analogies (Jew/Bank, gimme a break), and conclusion without evidence(dishonest, Debunked books), I want the names of these debunked books;push 'probably' out of your conclusions, and give me something I can work with so I can stop wasting my time w/nonsense.
@danielvittet 'idiot' that opened the eyes of millions to the faults and true motives of our institutions. I am more aware of the world as it develops around me bc of peter joseph. THE FUCK HAVE YOU DONE? Idiot. open your eyes, then take your head out of the sand.
something is fixed here..pls take a look in this part of movie timing 5:43 to 5:45..looks to me like a cut, maybe someone who made this movie wanted to show Peters words in different aspect..? is this movie true or is edited?
he's lovely...i feel like kissing his lips while he's speaking these words...gosh! sorry guys but he's so f**kin' sexy...i think i've fallen in loveeeeeee...
@lKennyDangerousl you are absolutely right...i thought of it but sorry i couldn't hold myself...the message though is clear...more than clear...is a reality...so are all the feelings he inspires...ciao amico...
what people should do.....take the extra step and dont buy any cars goto the junk yard get some metal....and try to figure out how to build these things for ourselves
there is no law sayin we cant do it im gonna learn how make a free energy based car and im gonna drive it
Unlimited energy sources are out there! But the big oil corporations don't want that technology revealed,Find a motor that needs no fuel or input at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,take part in the revolution!
The concept is interesting & he makes many valid points. He also however, seems to talk in circles at times, as if he was trying very hard to validate his points and to assign credibility to himself. Frankly, I believe Peter Joseph is a malcontent, and I believe many of his followers are too. Yes the world is a mess. It has always been a mess since humans have been able to fuck it up. Eventually human overpupulation will reduce many of our current problems, or erase humanity all together.
After taking numerous economics courses in junior college. I realize what they've taught me is all bullshit. Thank you Peter Joseph for exposing supply & demand monetary economics for what it really is. A farce.
@HarveyRex23 Good for you dude! Beleive me we have all been decieved, and thank God (Yes I said Thank God LOL!!) for Peter Joseph just putting "Zeigeist" together and having the balls not blink in the face of the naysayers and stand up for what is right!!
@atlasshrugged2u I have NO problem w/ you saying God. Me personally, I hope for everyone's sakes. There is a God. But as a borderline Agnostic/ Atheist. I want to see proof first on whether God exists, or not. As far as religion goes. I think humanity can do very well w/o it. Humanity can do well without religion as much as we can do very well w/o this sick predatory monetary system.
@HarveyRex23 I hear ya, and that's a fair and generous statement for the sake of humanity period! I just don't believe people's resistance to "Zeitgeist" in the 1st place?...I mean I understand it, but if you really sit back and take it in, it makes so much sense. We SHOULD question everything, all of the Institutions we were indoctrinated into from "cradle to grave" I think that's what God wants people to do. Anything to light a fire under people and get them to WAKE UP is Awesome in my book!!
A moneyless, classless, stateless communities of humanity expressing our freedom in creative harmonious cooperation for a world that is so POTENTIALLY AND ACTUALLY nourishing. Capitalism in any form, Statist or Corporatist is the denial of our common humanity in a politically manipulated, tyrannical armed MARKET SYSYTEM of artificial scarcity that is designed to perpetuate the enslavement of immense humanity for material interest of the criminal ruling elite
@juansebastianramiful You're dumb. 90% of the information given in the religion section is true. The religious aspects are all fact. They can be backed up with hard evidence. Research it.
@Blueberry40 The irony of your statement almost escapes me. Social theorists teach and are taught half-truths, the information is out there for those who want it. -Psych/Anth Majors
Degree of economics is the most wasteful thing you could possibly do!! haha that's just what i thought! totally agree!! "smart people who can really THINK are rare.. no wonder they are minority" my quote
I find it sad that most people wont even go out and investigate the concepts that he talks about, the simple rejection on new theories and ideas thats go against established plans gives me so little hope for us as a species... is the idea of a world where we help and protect each other that bad... I hope not... I hope we finally see a world free from hate, discrimination and war before I die and yet deep down I know we never will and thats the saddest thing of all...
I would raise one objection. I don't think that academia is always a detriment to objectivity, and I don't think that academic training must always consist of indoctrination. This is especially true of the sciences. Science, by definition, is the method of obtaining information objectively. So first, I would say that it is impossible to become a true scientist without academic training. Secondly, what about the fine lines between the natural sciences, the social sciences and the humanities?
PJ said that when it comes to social analysis, he gives zero weight to academia. But the social sciences are becoming increasingly allied with the natural sciences. For example, take the field of social neuroscience. This field aims to explain social behavior in terms of activity in the human brain using empirical means. So where do you draw the line? If science is an academic discipline, and if social analysis is a science, then I would say that social analysis is an academic discipline.
I noticed he talks a lot about psychology. Michael Tsarion goes indepth about this. It's the murder of selfhood. Also false education. We should be learning about the principals of the universe, nature, consciousness, energy, matter, but we do not. We are limited to benefit the system and that's all they want us to do. We should be advancing technology for 1 purpose, free energy for all humans on earth, afterall, we are humanity. Then we can grow food all over the world and explore the universe
Or we could try to find truth - and the meaning of our existence - which is only found in the Bible (oh yes you will hate me for saying that). But common isnt it a possibility that Jesus wasent kidding when he said I am the Truth, the way and the Life? Just think of it, if you die what profit is it? ( and please dont believe in the false doctrine of eternal torment) Jesus is asking if you want life or not. Proverbs 8:36: those who hate me loves death. you should really check it out. ;)
@TheeKingslayer We all love Jesus. But no one can really know for sure if the Jesus we know really existed like in the Bible. And I think that is what Zeitgeist wants to tell us. That we shouldn't blindly follow our lives on the thought that religion is the truth. That we must be open minded at all times. However, when in doubt, follow Jesus :).
@nielss4. Well, personally I believe in God - and if God exists and he created all life on earth - why is it hard to believe he can write a book, and get the theology correct? It all falls down if you believe that there is a creator and a designer of the universe or not. If you start there, things will logically fall in place.
@slammin930. Yes there was a certain creature long ago, telling a certain women: "You will not surely die,“For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God,"... if you dont know the end of the story, I can tell you: it didnt work

Apparently I have more experience about life than you and Im a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT.
saadman22 7 months ago

1. We already have a world government. It is called the monetary system.
2. We are building more machines anyway for the profits of a minority. So why not building more machines for the profit of all the people?
3. Suggesting to commit suicide is exactly the kind of inhumanity Zeitgeist is fighting against.
Please, think about it.
nimbuu 7 months ago
@nimbuu
1.monetary system that i don't have to accept,we should reject it and go back to gold and silver
2.if they get a machine to do your job you think anyone will pay you when you out of work
3.inhumanity zeitgeist is fighting for is kill 90%of humans, control birth rate of children, overppltion is a myth, you can fit and feed 6 billion people in australia,i don't care if someone who wants to take babys life before they are born commit suicide, live on mars, burn in hell
please,think about it.
nour4lina 7 months ago
@nour4lina
You get the whole thing completely wrong. What will you have to pay for when everything you need for living is free? I’ve already lost my job several times through rationalisations. Here in Germany it is not a big problem because you get payed by an insurance until you find a new job (we are thinking about machines paying taxes, no joke!).
Birthcontrol is not about taking unborn lives, it is about not getting pregnant over and over again.
nimbuu 7 months ago
@nour4lina Australia is 7.692.030 km² large. If you bring in 6.000.000.000.000 people you will have 780.028 per 1 km². And where do you what to grow anything? A huge part of the land is a desert.
If we keep on living like we do at the moment you and me both will burn in hell, right here on earth like everybody else will do.
I begin to wonder if you are making fun of this?????????????????????????
nimbuu 7 months ago
@nimbuu 6billion is only 9zeros,that's about 780 people, then you can use the resources of all other continents to feed all.i just gave u an example don't take it literally, and i m not making fun.it s all part of the system's plan order out of chaos, start the chaos and blame us for it,all so they can enslave us completely, and if you like to know more about the system and how vicious it is,i can help you find out the truth and see the huge picture just like i ve been helped,no offense ok?
nour4lina 7 months ago

Sorry, I’ve confused the word “billions” with the German word “Billionen” that has 12 zeros. On the rest you mentioned I have to check whether it makes any sense or not. And no offense.

outside of the fact that his first film should have no credit towards the religion section (as it is full of falsities) he makes some good points. It starts with one!
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
I just want to say is that this guys views are fine. I would love to live in a world that he is talking about. I thought about that same world as a little child But then you grow up and reality strikes you in the face. If you guys can start the movement then start it, and not talk about it! , Then I will join. I am already expecting a response of ' well, he is starting it.,he is talking about it..that is a start. You people want to start it, then start it! Stop talking about it, and do it!
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
Wow, did this guy really talk about himself in the same breath as Gandhi and MLK? This guy is disgusting in his arrogance. He got one thing right, we are a messed up society. We can't get it right. This guy has the most simple answers for change: ' We need to start all over and be nice to each other.' We do need change, but this guy is not helping us
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@killmoreturtles you have been bred by the society to believe that such change is not possible. You attack new ideas when you have none of your own. On Gandhi and MLK, he uses those as examples mostly because they are well known and yes he could compare how people are confronting him and his new ideas to how people would confront their new ideas. He makes excellent points and perhaps humans should strive for simplicity and peace in all things. Is that idea out of your comfort zone?
SwiftSarcasm 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm No, it is not out of my comfort zone. What he talks about are very simple ideas. If you asked everybody in the world what would be a perfect world, they would say the simplistic things this guy says. What he is forgetting is that humans are corrupt, selfish, etc. And all these tiny followers of his are doing nothing to make a change. Tell me, what you are doing to make a change?Nothing, right? You only get angry at the current system, and do nothing! Talk is cheap! Remember that!!
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm I "attack ideas when I have none of my own" ? Like I said, I could draw up this guys world in kindergarten. And what have you done to make a change? My guess is you have told people about this guys views..and that is all. Right? Or have you stopped polluting, and made the changes he talks about? Oh that's right, it is too difficult to make those changes because you have been corrupted by our government. How pathetic! By they way, I recycle EVERYTHING! and take bus to work, and you?
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm Do you know how foolish you sound when you say something like "He makes excellent points and perhaps humans should strive for simplicity and peace in all things. Is that idea out of your comfort zone?"
Why would peace be outside of my comfort zone? ha ha. Did this guy really turn the light on for you? I feel bad for you if you could never imagine a perfect world, until this guy turned the lights on for you. He is right, we live in a Fuc*ed up world! But I already knew that.
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@killmoreturtles I dont see why you are getting defensive. The best answer is usually the simple one by the way. I dont see why you feel the need to criticize his thoughts though. Haha and no he did not "turn on the light for me". I just think his ideas are interesting and see people like you who have not done half of what he has to make change. So you have changed yourself. What have you done to change the ways of others? You dont have to fight this guy. He only is trying to help.
SwiftSarcasm 1 year ago
@killmoreturtles Do you know how arrogant you sound? You stop a cultural change just as much as any idiot who is scared of change. Your fighting against a growing movement which you somehow still support the basic ideas of. Its the story of humanity. We fight each other and stop cultural growth and understanding. The zeitgeist movement has not been around very long. It seems childish to think anybody could change the world that quickly. Your pathetic.
SwiftSarcasm 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm What has he done to make a change? He fell into the role, he had no intent. I just don't like his arrogance. He can say he is not arrogant. but his body language stinks of it. He is no leader. If this "movement"' does grow, I guarantee it will turn violent, that is because there is no true direction and your movement will only become frustrated and lash out. If you want to see change, realize it will not happen in your generation, and set your children up to start one. Good luck
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm I asked what you have done to make a difference?Am I wrong to say you have done nothing but gab about it? Since you listened to this zeitgeist stuff, have you done anything to help make a change? He just reminds me of a little child who hopes for a peaceful world, but has no idea how to make a difference. Again, talk is cheap
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@killmoreturtles I recycle as well. (a 2 year old could do that). I dont live in a heavily urban environment so there is no public transportation but i just ride a bike. (except not now in the winter. its damn cold) I like how you just assume that it will do nothing. You are hoping it will fail. This is just a growing idea and yes it is not original, but it is making progress. I dont think this man is a modern day Buddha but he has gotten some people aware. This is good.
SwiftSarcasm 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm I don't know you think I want it to fail. I have nothing to gain from it. I just don't think he has to lie to get everybody's attention. He is only angering people and because of that, people will lash out. People need to remember that these people in power are just like you and I, they just grew up in different circumstances. We can make a change, we don't have to lie to do it. I could give you links that accurately debunk what he says, but I am sure you will call it propaganda.
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@killmoreturtles And when you guys are ready, I will be the first one there. I just don't have enough faith in people that they are genuine in making a real difference. And I don't believe in the lies people have put out about 911, that tells me this group will do what they can to get their point across- which is wrong. People lost their lives in 911, and I don't think it was for no reason at all. It was not our government that did it.. they just got us. We had it coming.
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@killmoreturtles you say he is arrogant but this is just like the pot calling the kettle black. He is just getting a message out. So far i have seen nothing of you but argument and an old belief of how humans are. We can change quicker than you might think.
SwiftSarcasm 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm ha.. I put @kilmoturtles. sorry about that. BTW, I think the government knew something was coming (9/11) but I don't think they knew exactly when, and they had no way to warn a country about it. That is why they came up with the warning system afte. But I do not believe the government did this, that is asking for a lot of people to not say anything and for them to be murderers. They may not be the brightest and are corrupt, but it is foolish to think they can all be murderers.
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@killmoreturtles the coincidences are odd to say the least when it comes to 9/11 but i do not care who did it anymore. It either turns people into crazy conspiracy believers or into patriotic fools fueling the American propaganda machine. So I give all of them the worst insult one could possibly give to the situation, to be ignored. It is not the fight that i feel needs to be done and more civilians on the other side have been killed anyways. I refuse to fuel the blood shed.

SwiftSarcasm 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm Bush is a fool, no doubt about it. But I don't think he believes is killing thousands of Americans to make some money and keep the oil flowing. If you really believe that, I will never comment on this movement again. Because at that point, the movement is just as sick as the people in power now. If they have to put out lies to get people to open their eyes, then they deserve to fail.
killmoreturtles 1 year ago
@SwiftSarcasm maybe they let it happen. Not because they wanted to, but because they were not sure how to stop them. I don't think they knew exactly what was going to happen, but I am sure they knew something was brewing. But how do you stop something if you don't know where it is coming from?. It is ok if you believe in this movement, but you don't have to believe they are 100% honest. Innocent people lost their lives on 911 and this movement used that for personal gain. That is wrong!

I don't think he has a good grip on theology/religion, and philosophical themes in general, but he's amazing on everything else.
oihhow 1 year ago
@oihhow On the contrary I feel as though he shows religion historically almost perfectly, there is no other context in which to display these themes in an educational movement. For religion is not an entity that resides in the dimension of knowledge, which the venus project is based off of.
AphelionXII 1 year ago
@AphelionXII I agree with his historical explanation of religion, and I understand that religion is outside the dimension of knowledge. But there should be some understanding of human nature, and why and how people accept religion, especially by him. You can't go up to the average religion person, show them their views are irrational and make them stop believing right there. And his comments in the next vid show a very weak understanding of philosophy, especially ethics.
oihhow 1 year ago
@oihhow I am pretty sure he understands "human nature" pretty well. If you watch the third movie the first three or so acts is based on this very word. The point is not to get you to stop believing anything it is to stop you from getting brainwashed. It is to stop someone else from telling you what is ethically wrong or right and keeping you in a system of slavery

@philinmotion I disagree. Consider the word problems we get in Algebra.

HarveyRex23 1 year ago
@HarveyRex23 I hear ya, and that's a fair and generous statement for the sake of humanity period! I just don't believe people's resistance to "Zeitgeist" in the 1st place?...I mean I understand it, but if you really sit back and take it in, it makes so much sense. We SHOULD question everything, all of the Institutions we were indoctrinated into from "cradle to grave" I think that's what God wants people to do. Anything to light a fire under people and get them to WAKE UP is Awesome in my book!!

ArcadianGenesis 1 year ago

Proverbs 8:36: those who hate me loves death. you should really check it out. ;)
TheeKingslayer 1 year ago
@TheeKingslayer We all love Jesus. But no one can really know for sure if the Jesus we know really existed like in the Bible. And I think that is what Zeitgeist wants to tell us. That we shouldn't blindly follow our lives on the thought that religion is the truth. That we must be open minded at all times. However, when in doubt, follow Jesus :).
nielss4 1 year ago
@nielss4. Well, personally I believe in God - and if God exists and he created all life on earth - why is it hard to believe he can write a book, and get the theology correct? It all falls down if you believe that there is a creator and a designer of the universe or not. If you start there, things will logically fall in place.

what if god didn't create anything but we did as co creators? It's a question no for quick answer but for a quiet contemplation

@slammin930. Yes there was a certain creature long ago, telling a certain women: "You will not surely die,“For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God,"... if you dont know the end of the story, I can tell you: it didnt work
