You do what you didn't do before then beat the file again. Yes, you can do pretty much anything but beat the bosses [besides Ganondorf who you can beat infinately] again.

You have to teleport the missing part of the bridge that is in the Desert to the bridge area.

run around the desert and look for a giant piece of Hyrule bridge sticking out of the ground. Seriously, you can't miss it. As for the charm, you have to get Ilia's memory back, which takes a few steps. Watch the rest of my videos before this. They should fill you in.

on mine the bridge is broken, there's no way to get to the other side. how do i fix it?

In Gerudo Desert, there is the missing piece of the bridge along one of the sides (western on GC, and eastern on Wii). You should see a big pillar sticking out in the distance. Go there. Use the Cannon to get there.
