Yes she was her is what the wikipedia says about her death:On 10 May 2008, Jacobs was walking on the platform at Cheltenham railway station when she tripped and fell onto the tracks and into the path of an oncoming train. She couldn't move out of the way in time and died instantly when the train hit her. Jacobs was 17 years old.
