The entire medical team working on the victim is at fault, including the admin of the hospital, plus those who where there and participated in the malicious act. How could one laugh and humiliate a person in a very very uncompromising and depresseing moment. My all symphaty to the victim. I wish he would go out and have all the culprits pay.

no wonder kya khit sa desperate housewifes nalait ang mga filipino doctors...it shows sa mga ginawa nila...damn all...sna mngyari din yan sainyo or sa mga kpamilya ninyo...diyos ko sna po mngyari sa kanila yan tlaga.....
