I also have the Power Wheel, and those pike-ups are PAINFUL! In fact, I've yet to find an EASY exercise with that torture device, lol. Best piece of gear I've ever bought, that's for sure.
Nice workout. I normally do deadlifts as part of my leg routine though, but I know it does employ the core muscles a good bit.
awesome workout mate, but doing the deadlift you should not have your knees completely straight when you lift the weigh...I did read somewhere it can damage it...it should be just a little bit bend...anyway nice workout :-)
Thanks for the comment, but I'm not sure what you're speaking of... these are not stiff leg deadlifts. If you mean at the top of the movement you should not lock out the knees, you are mistaken: the proper form of the conventional deadlift dictates a complete lockout at the top, with full extension of the hips and knees, and a strong contraction of the glutes. But I'm always interested in reading the sources people are talking about when they say "I read somewhere"... can you send me the link?

I purchased a toning wheel similar 2 this. Great moves! Some r quite challenging but I'm determined 2b able 2 do them soon. Thanks great vid!
