This movie has been released under a lot of names. It was called "Cheerballs" in West Germany. Here in the US it was first named "The Big Cheer" then "T & A Academy 2" and "Gimme an F". I can't seem to find it under any of the titles though. I hope to find it for sale soon, I don't want it to be one of those movies that is forever lost.
