4. im still getting sued to having a video of my posted on here so it will take some time to get used to in time my methods will change.

Fine, constructive criticisms.
1.Get a better camera, that thing is a piece of shit.
2.Don't say "I'm responding to" or "And that's my response". It's inane and unnecessary, we know what it is.
3.Get rid of that background noise, and your roommate. Unless the real purpose of this video is for him to wave at us.
4.Turn on a light or something, you're pale already and a monitor doesn't help.
But mostly, if you want people to take you seriously with a video, put some thought into it.
