The white cowling is because of a repair or replacement, it may be as someone else has said from another aircraft or it may even be a brand new engine that has yet to be painted, as for the repair they may have a loan engine from i believe RR on this aircraft or it may just be a spare engine.

Funny Guy, i had a cheeky captain on the way home from Orlando who listed some funny's "our cabin crew have just been voted the worlds sexiest, although there's no indication of that today" lol

Nice video

The reason for the white cowling? The original may have needed a respray or repair work if the aircraft went in for maintenance. As the aircraft needs to be back in the air as soon as possible, they either take the cowling off another engine from a different aircraft or order a cowling from a parts supplier. When the aircraft next returns to one of the main hangars for a longer period of time, the white one comes off and a shiny, red one is attached on.
