I definitely want to do cloud backup in the near future, either through iCloud or another cloud service. I'll be looking into that this summer! Right now you can backup your data by simply emailing to yourself as an attachment. That attachment can be imported back onto your device at any time.
As an early childhood educator this would be fantastic if I could take photos and save them in the note. Has this been a thought of yours? Future addition? Timeline? Many users could see this app working for a documentation panel or learning story. Please! I'd be buying it for sure.
Any chance you will turn on iCloud backup of the data for this app? I have a campus full of teachers with iPads who are falling in love with your app. However, I am weary of recommending it to all of them without a secure way to make sure the data for this app is backed up in case of a crash where the app needs to be re-downloaded. iCloud seems like it would be an easy option to turn on in an update.
Cool! I have also an app for note-taking. I personally use the Ghostwriter Notes app available via majorspot[cot]com And this app rocks when I teachwith all the features especially the pen colors that are available. Students like this!
Is there a PC version of this app? or something out there like it. This would be perfect for me and my fellow teachers, however with the budget crisis my school cannot afford ipads.
Yes, any editing of students (adding, deleting, changing names and levels) can be done by tapping the subject on the home screen and then tapping the gear icon next to the subject title at the top of the screen. This brings you to the "edit subject" screen. Tap a student to edit their name/level, tap the "add student" button at the bottom to add a student and tap the red delete icon to delete students.
How do I add levels after I have created the class? Also is there a way to change the level as the students move through levels? We are trying to use this on our grade level so please help.
@conferapp Really great stuff. Two of my fellow teachers (Elementary) have Ipads and I love viewing their notes and using the software when I have the occasion to work with their students. Sadly, I have an Android tablet. Any timeframe for an Android port? I'd gladly pay a premium for it.
Yes, Android, please!! Your app is a must-have!

There's nothing similar on Android to my knowledge, but I'm going to work on porting Confer to the Android this summer.
