After playing classical piano for several years; my friend introduced me to my first "rock" music - J Geils Band "Come Back" This was one of my favorites by them.
Others have said that so few know this tune as is often the case when airplay seems reserved for a couple of tunes per album!
Thanks David, The song is amazing with truely incredible lyrics. The slideshow goes perfectly with the song. I am so glad that you and a few others appreciate it. I enjoy it every time I watch it.

Thanks for posting mawrazen..an all time favorite song, and I loved your slide show to go with it. Amazing you did those great shots from your phone. Bravo! "She never had dreams, so they never came true" is one of the saddest lyrics I've ever heard, and having known several dancers (good people folks) and being in business with an ex-dancer now... very poignant! It should be a classic! mawrazen, if your post was a record, I'd have worn the tracks off it by now! Thanks again!
First slow dance I ever had , we where about 11 years old and i had this album new. Her name was Christy and I`ll never forget her.. thanks for the memories
What a great song! One of my faves. Timeless. I thought this was one of the best songs they had ever composed. Sadly, most people have never heard of it.
I listened to this song back in the 80's and thought it was beautiful, bitter sweet - then later I lived in the tough sections of Vancouver and knew a number of working girls and the tragedy of their lives is a harsher, bleaker reality than most would ever experience let alone contemplate
ill song and im only 17 livin in the fake boob ass eria
