I've tested with a GPS module and it indicates a max speed of 276 km/h at around 290km/h on the dash. I repeated the test a couple of times so I'm sure there's no mistake. Its indeed a fast bike, one of the best bikes of it's period, good looking to. Also I bought it at around 21k km and it now has almost 40k's with absolutely no problem.
I have ZX6R 99. i made 270 km/h, its real, very fast bike! End this is not ZX9R, he dont have 16000rpm!! NOOB!!! Sry for bad English. End please SEARCH: ZX6R D&M.
it is real but its not a 98 zx6r its a 98 zx9r there is no way 98 zx6r would accelerate that fast and would lift the front wheel on its own, iknow because i got one
talk about a WILDLY inaccurate speedo..there is no way you hit 100 kph in 2 seconds flat and hit a top speed of 281 kph..thats 174 mph!! nice vid tho, zx6r's kick major ass!

In my calculations it's 0-100 per 3.2s, so it's possible. Also some z6r's can top 280 especially if driver is light.
