I'm doing great! thanks for asking. I suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome...don't ovulate..so Clomid was prescribed by my Obgyn to induce ovulation after many tests confirmed I wasn't ovulating...I also charted my cycles and used ovulation predictor kits. Took Clomid on days 3-7 menstrual cycle, 50mg and conceived on the 3rd month. If you have anymore questions feel free to send me a private message. Good luck with conceiving!!

i'm really sad because i have irregular periods too. and we are trying to get pregnant. and whenever i check the pregnancy test and it comes out negative i get sad and start to cry. please tell me what you did and how you did it.

How long does it take to concieve with clomid is it successful? I am currently taking metformin 1500 daily.Thanks so much for any advice..

Hello there! I took Clomid 50mg days 3-7 for cycles. Prior taking the medication I had a HSG done, ultrasound and hubby had a semen analysis. I have met women that have taken Metformin & Clomid together and have conceived quickly. I also charted my cyles, took prenatal vits., changed my diet. ive just finished my second round of clomid, im trying not to get my hopes up, but i hope so much that it works this time. my periods were so bad that i would spot for 1 week and then bleed for 3 with huge clots ect. im praying this works this time. congratulations on your little gift from god.

It's like deja vu seeing your comment. During the first 2 months while on Clomid I was so sure that it was going to happend, but didn't conceive. By the 3rd month I was so down but told myself that if it was meant to be, it will happen. Don't give up!!! I really wish you short TTC journey and a happy and healthy 9 months when you conceive!!!! lots of hugs going your way...

If a woman has a perios does that mean she has ovulated? Or is it like a 'dead' egg just coming away?

I was having withdrawal bleeding, not because I was ovulating on my own. So the and swear is you can have a withdrawal bleeding meaning you bled but no ovulation occured.

There is sure hope!!! Have you tried Clomid?...it's a medication that induces ovulation. That's what I took to conceive my little one. Good luck!
