I agree with @KnoxBlondie here, looks like a Hunstman. Reason being is the shape of it's body that I saw in the video footage and it's posture. It's legs were kind of pushed in front of itself. Also, they're FAST!!! And that spider FLEW across your wall. My bet, it was a Huntsman, and if so, you're ok. =)

Mate anyone with a brain would have common sense to keep away from that spider, I wouldn't blame you for being jumpy with that thing around! They're fast and as you mentioned, not safe. The bite can cause paralysis and death if untreated.

The antivenom is available in Brazil but not in the USA (Where the Brazilian Wanderer may find its way in through bananas). They're also very aggressive.

Dude I use to, live in south florida and I am almost 100% positive I saw a hunstman spider in a baseball dugout a couple years back when I was in High school. Everybody freaked, it was abnormally big for spiders around the area for sure, freakish not a tarantual though. I though they were only native to Australia, but im not a spider expert.
