@seanlikesSubaru No it's not... Look up the "Underground Racing Nera Gallardo". It's faster than the AMS Alpha 12. Not quicker, but it is faster. The Alpha 12 did 8.9 @ 169mph with AWD... The UGR Nera Gallardo did 9.2 @ 177mph with RWD. After the 1/4 that Alpha would get smoked hard, I'm actually surprised that Nera hooked up the way it did at all, especially because the run was made on street tires with 1500rwhp... Oh and Heffner's Performance needs to stay the fuck away from Lamborghini's...

I agree that the Lambo's still have a better gear for top end - 250+ MPH is hard to beat.

That said - the Switzer R1k's (and new R1200's) along with AMS Alpha 12's will trash them in the 1/4 and on the track - all for a fraction of the cost.

They are both great cars - but there's always something about the underdog.
