I think you need to re-read the lyrics of the song. Every single line is in reference to the wind. It may also be a metaphor to god, as Child of Dust is, but the song is written through the perspective of the wind, as are the other 3 sonnets. They wrote about it on their website, which I was going to quote, but of course it wont load.

No, The Flame Deluge is fire, hence the album name. Kings Upon the Main is about Water, hence the album name. Child of Dust is about earth, Hence the album name.

but the production is pretty bad, its so flat.

im not bashing the band at all, it has a more raw sound, especially for earth. but for the heavier stuff, a better production could have made better quality songs.
