You did an excellent job sir. This is the only song in the game that moves me. Demon Souls had many more tracks I felt captured the atmosphere much better, but this one just felt right for Gwyn. When you realize that you are killing an old man who is holding the weight of the world on his shoulders, you start noticing the little things about the fight, like how dark it is in the room and how he is the only light in the darkness. A perfect, bittersweet ending to a true work of art.

I'm very interested in other songs from Dark Souls being transcribed (Such as Smough and Ornstein fight theme)... do you think you will be doing other songs from this game? I know it takes an insane amount of work to do this kind of stuff, but I definitely am interested and adore your talents.

@Jobotslash Thanks, glad you liked it! I tried experimenting with Ornstein & Smough (and other songs like Dark Sun Gwyndolin and Pinwheel too) but none of these sound good on piano. So I don't think I will be transcribing any other songs from this OST.

I beat this game 6 times.... It was excruciatingly hard the first time but after that I was far too good at the game, new all the short cuts, and had amazing gear...... But just like Demon Souls, that first play through really messed had me hopped up on adrenaline for extended periods of time. I am done with it now that I have the platinum trophy though.
