First off, about eight years ago while scanning radio stations I came upon Focus On The Family where the host was noting that divorce was higher amongst Christians than non-Christians. GOD created Lucipher, Lucipher was used to to resolve the Angelic Conflict. Why didn't God stop Adam and Eve from Sinning or just destroy them? He gave them the consequence prior to their act. Spiritual death was the punishment. It required Faith and humility to understand God's plan of Salvation.
