fantastic video footage of Mangaia, it just brings to tears when I saw this video.

I am Mangaian born, left the island in 1980 since then I have not returned. Even thou I sincerely miss Mangaia. May be one day it would be nice to go back home. I do recognise the harbour in Oneroa and the old lady sitting on the chair wearing the blue dress in Ivirua.

@avaipo I know what you mean. I was part of the tourist group to see the Solar Eclipse on Mangaia back on July 2011. I enjoyed my stay and also miss Mangaia and it's people. I come back to "visit" Mangaia with these videos.
