i wish the show hadn't ended. it was my favorite. but during seasons 2 & 3 there was a lot of tragedy and it was just really depressing & sad. but i think the show could have survived without marissa. i know taylor couldn't compare to her but season 4 was almost as good as season 1. it had the good humor & it was just a really happy show again.

@AlexDoub1eU, There were four seasons of the OC. A lot of people did not like the third season of the OC, but I thought it was pretty good aside from the fact Marissa died. You should continue watching it:)

how many seasons of the oc was there? were the last few good? i watched all the first season, i'm a guy, i dunno why but i really liked it. i lost interest somewhere in the 2nd season i remember feeling the mellisa and alex lesbian thing was cheesy and stopped watching there i think.

@Andrea9514 It didn't get canceled, when Marissa died the whole T.V series died and the rate of fans dropped incredibly so they stopped. Marrissa was everything! I miss her, Misha Barton <3
