Hi im 21 and i have a receding hairline aswell, i hate it! i try to grow my hair long and cover it but then it makes the hairline look worst... thanks dad for my receding hairline i was a good looking chap when i was 16 now if i shave my hair i look like im going bald to most people...

You don't say how old you are. I see gray in your beard. I'm 38 and leaning towards buzzing it. I'm tired of the ball cap. Most guys I know say just buzz it. I think I could live with it buzzed with stubble, but white pasty shaved I dunno.

Haha, I try to tell myself everyday and the closest I ever got was plugging the buzzers in and holding them in my hand. I have a job dealing with the public strongly. My biggest fear is disapproval, and if when shaved I look crazier no way to hide it. Right now when I straighten my hair it covers the receeding temples. My crown is also thinning. Disapproval and female attraction. I wish this could of happened 10-15 years later. I got the shit end of the stick.

@TheDigitalUndead hey, i'm also 19 and in the same boat. i have been trying to conceal it, but my efforts no longer prove worthy. so have decided to cut it short, really short. chicks don't really care anyways, especially if your ripped. i have been working out for the past year and have gained 20 pounds of muscle. my new look is better than my old one with the receded temples!
