Thanks for the comment and concern. I think the reason for the delay is that the engine and water jackets hold a fair amount of water and it takes 30 seconds or so to actually get to a level where it runs out again.

I noticed it took a little time for the cooling water to be discharged from the exhaust. This indicates a bad impeller. Sounds beautiful though!
