Yes I have the same problem in Photoshop that somebody else mentioned below. Once I have selected around the mouth and hit 'Clear' a blue circle appears around the mouth instead of a transparent one which appears in this tutorial, anyone know how to fix this so that it's transparent when I click 'Clear'? Thanks!
After I dragged the video file to video 1 & the psd file to video 2, the two sides of the video file still showed behind the psd file... what can I do?
Nice tutorial and I know nothing about photoshop and premiere, but I feel ok following your tutorial. Btw, this is a second tutorial for me after "How to Customize the MGM Intro",
@TheBellamies If it's hard for you to follow without a voiceover, you need more of a basic training which we don't provide. There are plenty of free basic tutorials with a voiceover in Internet including YouTube :)
I am using CS5 and am trying to do the "Conan" effect, but there must be a nuance change or a step is missing; because, I only get a white gap (non-transparent) in Premiere once I exit Photoshop. Also, both of the frames are shown overlapping in the preview. What is wrong?
I follwed all the steps and the two didn't merge. I am going crazy trying to figure out how to get this to work. Anyone know how to make a mouth move from a still shot. For example. IF I am singing a song and i want to use a still photo of another person and just delete there mouth and add a clip of my song, can I do it?
@whatsupfamousface I don't work in Vegas Studio, but I think even if it doesn't open PSD (Photoshop) files you can make PNG image with a transparent area which supported format in Vegas Studio and put it over video. Also check Built-in Show Me How interactive tutorials in your Vegas Studio, you might find some answers.

@sassangorillaz You need to convert a background into a layer, for that double-click Background in the Layers panel and click OK.
