if they were transporting onto a ship at wrap speed wouldn't they lose energy matter and not come out into one solid humanoid vessel, won't they turned into like a steaming pile of goo?
they should of beamed a red shirt at warp speed and make him turn into goo. then we would know not to do that.
now it the next things to come in star trek, you might see them doing planet to warping ships more often and no one becoming steaming goo.
I didn't like the transporter effect either, the swirly didn't really go with the way the transporter works and quite frankly, what has been termed "the safest way to travel" in the Star Trek universe looked way too violent for the person being beamed. The warp thing bothered me too. I'm right on board with what you had to say.
I remember Spock operating the transporter on many occasions.
