See you are on prarrie,I was on mud..just was up there.Fishing was good,no shortage of blue gills..but still lot of parasites in the fish..Still no bull heads..Havent seen them there in awhile.Wonder if the parasite problem has anything to do with that.
two years ago when I was up their me and my dad both caught two bullheads apiece on mudd. but the one did have parasites. other than that one fish we haven't really had a problem with the parasites even in panfish.
I was up there last summer..fishing was okay..had a few with parasites in them..perch my Pa caught was just loaded with them...Going up there again this summer..Hoping size wise they are a little bit bigger.
Nice I go to chetek often...friend has a cabin on lake chetek. If you have never been you need to go to the chetek bakery!
