Guess who destroyed GM? In 2006 GM was booming and then they did a huge outsourcing deal with India's Wipro. 3 years later GM goes BANKRUPT. Why is India being blamed? Because in 1998 when Americans were running things, things were booming. That same year Indians came flooding in promising to keep the booming economy going. They didn't. They took over Americans' jobs, threw them out, and then couldn't do the work. Talk all you want, the reality is Indians have not performed as promised. India has the highest unemployment in the world despite all the hype.

It's not our leaders doing it - it's India putting pressure on U.S. to increase visas, lobbying Congress (which does not represent India), and paying our politicians. Indians are trying to say that it's U.S. gov't's fault, but this is all being driven by India's desire, not by U.S. Cheap labor is useless if it results in products that don't work (Vista anyone)? I don't see other countries pushing the U.S. for more work visas like India does.
