This is actually "Grand Finale" from the soundtrack. The motif is the same as the Ice Dance, but it technically isn't that song. If you remember from the movie, this plays at the very end, when old Winona Ryder is telling the story of where snow comes from to her granddaughter. Both are beautiful scenes and wonderful musical compositions.
