Jesse verbally abused and threatened the cop on the way to jail -- threatened the cop's family, wished him dead, threatened to slash tires, etc. What kind of person runs out of a house with a shotgun, without looking out first to see what's out there? Why was it pointed "out and down" instead of held up vertically? Why was "Stone" yelling for help just because he was being arrested?

That video should be a response to this 1.Those charges sound like bullshit to me,the cops and prosecutors are gonna mentally screw with this guy,don't hold him to what he says,while he plays the games with them.I don't know him but I know the system.I know enough that He should have requested to be set free on his own recognisance, stated why and said nothing more while in front of the judge. 2 things judge verifys if there is enough evidence for charges, first step, 2nd no bail request.

There are two steps necessary in dealing with out of control police officers. Number 1, do not say a word to them, they are not here to protect you, they are here to protect the government that employs them. Number 2, know your rights and NEVER under ANY circumstance wave them. If they have nothing to charge you with, they can't hold you for more than 24 hours. And if they decide to beat you down during those 24 hours, do your best to tough it out, because breaking will not help you.

I am pissed off. I found out the courts in SoCal dispence a form to waive your rights soon you enter the chamber. There is another form to seek council. The court does not tell you about seeking council. You literally have to speak up and say NO I do not waive my rights and after which they expose the alternate form.

Scenary: Walk in to see bailiff and check in your name. Bailiff hands you a form and says "Sign this and return to me" They make it seem unlawful not to.
