I can relate...
I myself have been dealing with my weight and things. Not so much battling it, but more or less just getting up and doing it, ya know?
I am in a band, and the rol I gave myself is pretty physically demanding, so I am in some sort of shape, but not really ya know?
This weekend, I will begin to run again. I used to do 2 miles a day at one ponit, but that was a while ago...
