I think HD4830 is better about performance than 9800GT. HD4850 competes with GTS250. GTS250 -> DirectX 10.0 / Shader Model 4.0 / Less Shaders...

HD4850 -> DirectX 10.1 / Shader Model 4.1 / 800 Shaders Unified...

The people say that HD4850=GTS250, but I prefer and have an ATI Radeon HD4850 1GB XFX.

if you are using for multitaskin tripple but if you used for games x2 because almoast all games reconize only 2 procesors only gta IV and some new games reconize more then 2 procesors (sorry for my bad english )

@82ndProductions Well theres a fail right there.Vista 32 bit with 4gb Ram. 32 bit systems only use 3gb anyway, so you have just 1gb sitting in there.

9800GTX+ and the same CPU

and on very high with 4AA and higher resolution I get the same FPS

It's because Crysis is optimized for Nvidia cards, buddy.

HD 4850 usually outperforms 9800gtx+ in almost every game.

Also, 9800gtx+ is the OCed version of the 9800gtx which means that it can't be OCed any further, whereas the HD 4850 still has a lot of potential also considering ATI has shitty drivers for such awesome cards.
