It's calming, but at the same time creepy. It's quite spine-tingling when you use WMD's while this is playing. Sort of like the calm before the storm, then, a white light, an echoed rumble, and dead silence.

It's amazing to hear this music in the game, when you zoom out and are preparing to launch your nuclear warhead's to wipe out everyone...
