  • You need to come out to LA to guest teach! Muy excellente!

  • :20 in, ha ha, still laughing

Just getting a little Josh before vacation!

  • I like to step fast too. The current official standard is 120-130 bpm (regardless of participant's skill level and complexity of choreography ?!?). I don't know in reality how many percents of instructors, especially in big cities, are following this standard.

  • My favourite part "It's Fridaaay....shuffle shuffle" I laugh every time.

  • hahaha yeah

  • Nice choreo, but....

    155bpm+ in step class?

I think , it is too fast...

    Safety first!

  • yeah i get this a lot...

    i usually do 145

  • What a lot of people forget is that Step can still be a cardio class. The slower speed does NOT provide for a quality cardio work out. These moves and others like it can all be performed safely. Most adults know their capabilites and can adjust accordingly.

  • Brilliant, only that, brilliant, I like your choreographies, music, in special the creative thing, is pleasant that in the professors.

    greetings from Chile.

  • Great fun to see them all together! I still like the L combo and side kick mambo one best... plan to "borrow" some of those moves in the near future. Also, SO glad to see other instructors have times when their brains take a little hiatus. :)

  • ha ha 2:57, I did that A LOT today

  • usually it happens to me if its a good song...
