one thing i don't like is the character's don't have reaction sound like in tekken if a character gets hit they react as in the VF series it's like hitting a dummy. lol that proably sounds soo confusing if there is someone smarter they'll be able to explain what i'm talking about.
@Kiba151 I know exactly what you're talking about. Even Super Smash Bros. has hit voice damage. The Dead or Alive series added them for the first time in Dead or Alive 4.
@Kiba151 They do have ONE pain grunt, which is played once in a while. That said, knowing the quality of VF's voice acting, it's doubtful whether more soundbytes would really be for the better...

@boru25 Tekken may be based off of Virtua Fighter, but it sells better and is more popular because it is obviously the superior franchise. That being said, I was unimpressed with Tekken 6, and I am not much more impressed with Virtua Fighter 5. From what I can see --- flashy graphics and nothing else. A lot of games have been failing to impress me lately. *Sigh*

Yeah, you can Try to spam in VF/SC; but you're rightly punished by something called RECOVER! Many of Tekken's moves have forgotten this necessity. [EX the jabs, rights, spec. moves, etc.] SC/VF even the "fast" moves has, in some, massive recovery to keep it from being over used. Glitches are problems and should be fix. If they still have the same problems as before...Tk=bad.

Same move being used to stop you isn't spam~just an annoying tactic. just own it!
My cousin uses the same three moves in the same sequence the entire fight and you can't stop getting hit at all. My cousin is a heavy Siegfried spammer like a lot of people are prone to be.
That's easy to get around. Most people tend to over relay on Siegfried's Chief holds. Which SC is it? There's roughly .3 to .5 a sec responses to his loops. If your cousin is doing, This is SC4, the Alber stance like chief hold-left/right- his only attacks can only be over-slash or helicopter theses have .5 sec of recovery. The best bet is get inside with Talim-Ralphel *far*low hit,*cl lokick is best. Soon you'll see the openings a lot clearer. Find the Point of Damage of the blade. GO you! ;3

Then they would know that the rounds go by faster than tekken by a bit,and almost doa speed.
actually the speed of the rounds just depend on the players. If they act too catious and don't use good combos and air juggles,of course itll go by slow! But I guarantee if you see master or 10th dan lvl ppl fight, itll go by in a flash
yea she is super cute ^_^...she reminds me of the cuteness personality of Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken ...i think Eileen is gonna be one of my top three favorite female characters in VF now....along with Pai Chan and Vanessa
you guys have to start with a lower kick first always then jump on them and keep on doing that and you win =D
