I listened about 30 times with my eyes closed and no other sound coming in. I get " just a second, leg's asleep." the "just a" is barely audible but it's there. "Leg's asleep" is clear as a bell, meaning "Leg is asleep", obviously. You clearly see her adjusting her position so as to get the blood flowing back into her SLEEPING LEG. Good Gosh.

FOX doctor said to stop the film for 1 month so she could fully recover but the studio would not take the advise of there own doctor. They could then use marilyn to try and keep the Fox massive debt problems from cleopatra out of the public eye by having marilyn in the headlines. not turning up for work etc due to her illness but them saying she was bullshitting. In the end Fox got there insurance money on marilyn's death

I study phonetics and she does NOT say "One second" or "One sec" her vowel is the capital 'I' as in the word itch. I believe she says "Sick". After that she is indeed talking about her leg as the vowel she uses is the lower cased closed 'e' sound as in the word may.

Perhaps it's an issue with your speakers. If you do have good enough speakers, then please listen closely to hear that she does in fact say 'one second.' She simply doesn't stress the ending when she says it, but you can hear that it's there.

I have felt this myself. Up for a few days and expected to perform at my tip top. I have said these very same words under my breath too. But the show must go on. So you pull it together. This scene being shot while exhausted and the children being in the scene, requireing extra takes, shows her superior acting skills. When people say she couldnt act, or that she was just a pretty face it really pisses me off.
